Gift certificate transactions will be completed via PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account if paying by credit card.) Once the payment transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal indicating that the payment has gone through, as well as a confirmation email from the DC Holiday Market. Your recipient will receive an email with the message you have written, along with a link to the web page containing the gift certificate. The recipient must print out that gift certificate web page and present it at the market in order for it to be redeemed.
